Heritage Mazda of Bel Air regrets to hear of your unhappiness following the purchase of your new vehicle. We were more than happy to provide assistance and a loaner vehicle to you and your family after the issue with the used vehicle. After this incident, it was our understanding that there were no further problems with the vehicle until you returned three weeks later. At that time, after you declined to have the vehicle diagnosed, we worked out a trade with you for the new CX-5 where we offered a full refund on your old gap policy and cost on the new policy. We did communicate the difference in taxes that would come with trading in a used vehicle for a new one. We apologize for the difficulties you faced with your original purchase and wish to leave you satisfied. I am very sorry. But, as we spoke on the phone after you hunted me down after this review...you and I can only agree to disagree. You are in a business that makes $$$$ at all costs. You did that well in my case. I am a Sales manager myself, and in my business, the customer is always right, even if that means taking a loss. My bad experience will reach people by ten fold, compared to your Positive experiences. Your staff couldn't even get the paperwork correct. I was there twice for paperwork, and had to take more paperwork to my wife and scan it back. Just admit that you got one over on me and my wife, and that you just washed that "lemon vehicle" and put it back for sale on your lot....I checked it out, and it is reality. Please don't contact me again. No emails, NOTHING!
