I was in the market for a used vehicle and had been looking for a couple of weeks. I visited other dearlerships and considered other vehicles, but they weren't quite what I was looking for. I actually had one saleman get frustrated with me and stopped trying to help me because I seemed to not know what I wanted and at the price I wanted it at, he felt it wouldn't happen. My expectations of what I wanted in a vehicle, the year, the mileage and my price were thought too difficult to find even by my husband who was having trouble finding one; however Mr. Wil Wells patient demeanor and calm spirited; a very kind, professional and friendly salesman listened to me explain what I wanted and was able to locate a vehicle and have it ready for purchase within 24 hours. I was amazed. He actually found all I was looking for in a vehicle and then some at an acceptable mileage, a better year, the right price and a beautiful color. Funny how he was able to materialize what I was having difficulty trying to express. (I'm not very familiar with vehicles and makes and models) Mr. Wil Wells did an outstanding job finding the right vehicle for me. My husband and I where looking for a family car and both agreed that we wanted to get a Mazda5 due to its great consumer reports ratings. I googled used Mazda5's in my area and found that the Mazada of Bel agreed that we wanted to get a Mazda5 due to its great consumer reports ratings. I googled used Mazda5's in my area and found that the Mazada of Bel Air had a used Mazda5 that we liked, so we headed that way whoch was about 30-45 minutes from our home. Arriving there about 30 minutes before closing we where greated by Ahmed and we expressed our intrest in a specific used vehicle that I saw online. He allowed us to test drive the car and we loved it. Like I said it was late and being way after closing time I was impressed with Ahmeds kindness and helpfulness as well as excellent customer service. We spoke a bit with Johnny Holiday and Ahmed about financing and our trade in but it was getting late and my husband and I couldnt make a good decision at that time. So we asked if we could come back and talk tomorrow getting the same deal they spoke of that night. Ahmed nicley called me the next day and I asked if we could take the car for an overnight test drive to see if it suited our needs and fit into our lifestyle. He graceously said yes and later that day we arrived and picked up the car. The next day we returned knowing that we definatley wanted to purchase this vehicle and where impressed by the quality of work. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision and honestly Ahmed was such a nice guy that we instantly liked and trusted him. We purchased the vehicle and are very happy, we had a great experince at the Mazda of Bel Air and I will say that my husband and I have only ever owned Honda's and where skeptical of buying a Mazda and Ahmed made us feel comfortable about our purchase and allowed us the time to decide that we where ready to buy a Mazada. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definatley go back and get another Mazda from the Mazda at Bel Air we had a great overall experince. I placed a 4 for the price beacuse as anyone would say I would have loved to get the car cheaper and the trade in for more. More
