He also went above and beyond to get me an owners manual being that the car did not have one. Any concern I showed in the process was settled by Fran at the time the concern arose. He did not have to go speak to someone else who then came to tell me there was nothing that could be done. This was our daughters first car so we wanted to find her the best deal. We put out internet quote requests and went to heritage to see what the car she wanted looked like. This is where we met Ahmed. He let us test drive the car the way we needed to and was not the type of salesman that "played games". We received a "better" deal from another dealer in Towson, but we found out they lied to us about the price, among other things. This is where James U rescued the deal for Mazda. I know my daughter's heart was set on Mazda, but we were not going to deal with a company that had a sales team that lied to their customers. I know that the price we were given was lower than anything that could have possibly given, but James U honored the lies told by another dealer. Not many dealers left like this in our economy. We walked out feeling treated like customers, not eaten by sharks. More
