From the moment I contacted Fran Meyers at Heritage Mazda, and over the 3 long days that that it took to finalize everything for the car that I wanted, Fran and the rest of the staff were nothing short Mazda, and over the 3 long days that that it took to finalize everything for the car that I wanted, Fran and the rest of the staff were nothing short of amazing to work with. They kept me informed of everything that was going on, and even with my less-than-stellar credit report and negative equity on my trade-in, managed to find a way to get me into my dream car, a very rare Audi RS6, at a great price. The whole time, I was treated professionally and with kindness, not like some other dealerships where you'll be looked at as just another opportunity to make a sale. Also, even with many other consumers showing a lot of interest in the vehicle that I was trying to purchase, the whole staff at Heritage worked for 3 days to get me into the car, instead of just telling me no and selling it to someone else, which would have been the easier route for them. They took the time to take care of me, instead of taking care of themselves. I had an amazing overall experience working with Fran and the entire staff, and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for any kind of vehicle. Even the 90-minute drive from where I live in Arlington, VA seemed much more than worth it for the quality of service that they provided to me. If you are anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic area, do yourself a favor and come by this dealership before you make any decisions on buying a vehicle anywhere else. You won't regret it. More
My experience with this dealership was great. I was allowed to drive the car I was interested in for a weekend and that was definitely something that I appreciated because as everyone knows I’m sure yo allowed to drive the car I was interested in for a weekend and that was definitely something that I appreciated because as everyone knows I’m sure you want to know what you’re getting when investing in a car. My children love the car and are happy with it, but my 16 year old did tell me it was a girl’s color lol but I am ok with that. They were very attentive to my needs and quickly addressed any concerns I may have had or that arose. They continuously worked hard for what I wanted in a vehicle and were always on my side in matters. Stephanie,talked to me when I had questions about the numbers and was willing to explain anything I asked for more explanation on. This is very important to me because it shows honesty and I have no desire to deal with people I do not think are honest in their sales. I had the pleasure to talk with several people on the staff including the manager and all had the same demeanor, gracious, courteous and respectful. I come in contact with many people every day since I am active duty military and they always ask me where I got the car and tell me how much they like it. I have no problem telling them Mazda of Bel air or sending them to William, who was my sales rep. Thank you for my new car and I will be back for my 2012 Graphite :) More

On a Saturday, I came in with my friend to look for SUV's. We had been to several car dealerships, & they treated us exactly as we were, female college students. We walked in, waited a little while, SUV's. We had been to several car dealerships, & they treated us exactly as we were, female college students. We walked in, waited a little while, while all the other sales people were happy. As soon as Fran walked onto the floor, he helped us. I told him upfront I was looking for a small SUV, under $15,000. He showed me two he had on sight & told me to let him know if I saw any, at other Heritage dealerships. On Sunday, I send him an email with 2 SUVs I was interested in & by Monday, he had the one I wanted on the lot. My mom & I came on Monday & I left with an '05 Hyundai Santa Fe that I am completely happy with. Even the payments ended up in my range. My mom was little bothered by the high interest rate, but they have been working with us since to get us the best deal. As a female college student, I felt very comfortable at the dealership. Not once was I pressured to buy something I did not want or afford, simply the facts. I would definitely recommend Fran & this dealership to anyone. They were the friendliest sales staff I have met. I arrived at Heritage after visiting a few other car dealerships, as I was looking for the best deal for my trade in, as well as a new car that would get me good gas mileage at a decent price. When walking into Heritage, I was warmly welcomed by Scott Burton. I told him what I was looking for and he was more than welcome to help me with my needs. He took me outside to show me the Mazda 3's and right away offered a test drive. I truly enjoyed the car, and decided at that point that I was ready to make a purchase. I returned a few days later with my mother who was going to co-sign for the car with me, and Scott was able to get all the paperwork done, as well as us in with the Sales Manager to settle financing, and out the door reasonably quick. I would recommend Heritage Mazda, and Scott Burton to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

My daughter and I stopped by on Saturday afternoon to look at a Mazda 3. Fran Meyers came up and spoke with us on the lot. We had a wonderful experience at Mazda Mile One Heritage. Fran did everything he could to help us - he answered all of our questions, let my daughter take a car for a test drive and worked with us within our budget parameters. James Utermohle, the sales manager, was also wonderful to help us get the car that we wanted at the price that we were looking to find...Ms. Thornton, the finacial staff person, was wonderful too...I can't say enough great things about this dealership and would highly recommend it to all of my family and friends!!!
