Ahmed was attentive and accommodating from the second I spoke with him on the phone until I left the dealership with my car. From the time Bobbi called me in response to my first on-line request, until the time we left she was very helpful, informative, and very friendly. When we arrived to test drive the car, she once again on-line request, until the time we left she was very helpful, informative, and very friendly. When we arrived to test drive the car, she once again was very friendly, very helpful, explained all of the car features and answered all of our questions - very patiently! She made us feel very comfortable. She helped us with our financing questions and worked with James to help us in our purchase. As James was with another customer at the time we were ready to handle the financing, Doug came down from the Cadillac dealership to work the financing out with us so that we wouldn't have to wait an excessive amount of time. He was very organized and detailed, and very friendly. When finished with financing, Bobbi took over once again and explained everything about my car, went over the owner manual, got into my car with me and set up my blue tooth, went over all the controls and re-explained every button and function. Bobbi made what could have been a very trying experience, a very pleasant one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda, and will return there myself in the future if I purchase another Mazda. And if I do purchase another one, I hope Bobbi is still there! More
Fran meyers is an amazing person. He worked with me for three days making sure i was able to get the car I wanted. I had a minor financing issue, but Fran and his team worked a miracle and now i have my dr three days making sure i was able to get the car I wanted. I would go back to Fran for my next vehicle purchase and recommend anybody I know to this dealership because everyone there was so nice. I can see me going back to that dealership in the future. Fran is a down to earth sincere person who isn't just trying to sell a car but genuinely cars about the customer and making sure the customer gets something affordable and sufficient for their everyday needs.This dealership should definately get the highest award there is for their customer service and quality cars. I went to this particular dealer because I had been pre-approved for a loan even though my credit was not very good. I arrived around 10:30 am. A gentleman from another building escorted me over. Bobbi was very friendly showed me some cars but would not give me any numbers. She then had me talk to Stephanie who stated that the company Roadloans.com rejected my loan, but not to worry because she could help me. After about4 hours of waiting I was told that I need $3500 down plus my vehicle which they appraised at 1400.00. I still could not get the price of the vehicle that they were trying to sell me. I thanked them for helping me. When I got home I got a call from the Roadloans department asking why I chose not to go with them. I told them that Bobbi stated that Stephanie said I was rejected. They said that because I filled out another application there they could not use mine. It seems as if I was duped. More
I received a call in the morning from Scott Burton and was able to make it in for the time designated. I mentioned that I was interested in 2 different vehicles in the same make, model and year. One rode better to me than the other. We discussed that my current vehicle needed a new engine and that it wasn't worth it to get work done on something that wasn't even worth 2K. I did get 9years, 1 month and 2 weeks out of it. I was there for quite some time. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Scheduled first oil change with Rick for April 30th @10am. Because of my commute, I am currently going 3000 miles in 7 weeks. Finally got in to meet with the financial guy Richard after being around for a bit. Was in with Richard for quite some time as well. I asked about the warranty, had a previous vehicle of the same situation and told them I doubted the manufacturer warranty would transfer. I was sold a 48 Month warranty along with the protection of the interior and paint. I believe it is FiberGuard. He was able to get me a 5.84% rate @48 months and advised me to keep it going for at least a year so I'd have some credit history built up. The auto loan is through suntrust. I had to head home b/c I had borrowed a car from a family member, went back with family member and declined assistance with getting my things from my old car into my new car. It's a trunkful! In the meantime i had noticed that the gas was quite low and there wasn't a manual in the car. I mentioned that to Scott and that I had seen a manual in the other car. He got me the manual from the other car while my new car was gassed up. Car came back, I was told I could take the car that night. Overall, I have nothing but praises for them at Mile One Heritage Mazda. More

When we began looking for a new vehicle, we did a lot of research and decided on the Mazda CX-9. We don't have a Mazda dealership near where we live, so we contacted Heritage Mazda. Our salesman, Francis Myers, called back that day. We talked about the type of vehicle we were interested in, including extras, and Fran assured us he would find one for us if the one we wanted was not in stock. This was important to us since we were more than 2 hours away. We made arrangements to meet and drove down, not exactly sure what we would find. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as if we were the only customers they had. Fran had found the vehicle we were looking for with all the options we wanted. We were able to test drive the vehicle right then, and decided it was what we wanted. We then began the process of completing all the necassary paper work. Fran made it all very easy, and we were out of there in no time at all, with the exact vehicle we wanted. While they were preparing the vehicle, they even bought us our lunch. Now that's what I call great service. We'll certainly remember Heritage when we consider our next vehicle purchase, and will reccomend them to all our friends.
