Where do I even start? First of all, I wish I could rate Fran and his team higher than a 5, but that's the highest I can go! I was in the market for an RX-8 and had found the one of my dreams at Heritage Fran and his team higher than a 5, but that's the highest I can go! I was in the market for an RX-8 and had found the one of my dreams at Heritage Mazda in Bel Air. I've been wanting this car for such a long time and felt that I was ready to take that leap and finally buy one. I requested some information on-line and was contacted by Fran Meyers very shortly after. I had explained my situation over the phone and even though I was not confident (good credit score, not so lengthy credit history) Fran told me don't sweat it and come on in. We had scheduled an appointment for a time that had fit my schedule. I was very excited to come in and destined to drive off that lot with that RX-8. I had often been told by other dealers that even though my credit score was great, I was looking at "too much car" and wanted me to settle for something else. Usually it would end up in me leaving without a new car. NOT FRAN. Even though I had not established much credit, Fran worked ALL DAY (SKIPPING HIS LUNCH AS WELL!!) to get me that car. He had a very strong, hard working and willing team behind him (sales managers, business managers) working with him as well to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He made EVERY step a breeze, did not take one single break until he could work out a deal that 100% met my needs, my budget and my wants. I never felt so important, and so confident buying a car. I would recommend Fran, as well as the entire dealership (including the super friendly and elite service department) to anyone looking for a new car. Please if you are in the market don't think twice to shop this dealership. It's a one of a kind experience and you will NOT feel pressured, or overlooked. From the minute you walk in, you own the show and they will bend over backwards to make sure you not only get the exact car you want, but the deal that you deserve. Like I said, 5 stars are NOT enough!!!! P.S. - after writing this I had read a review where the person was concerned as to why the sales professionals didn't "greet". I wanted to let everyone know that this dealership works differently than most. Where most dealerships have their reps "swarm" you upon entering, this dealership knows that most people like to pull up, take a few minutes to "look around" and get their barrings, then be helped. This is a NO PRESSURE dealership. What a relief!!! AND, to add also before I end my novel...I LOVE MY RX-8!!!!!!! THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!! More

My experiance at mile one was amazing, I called Fran Myers about 2 weeks ago when I frist talked to him i almost cried, I have a repo on my credit from a couple years ago. After a week i recived a call from Fran and he told me he had good news for me i called him back and i was approved for a car but needed money down that i didn't have at that time. Again Fran worked his magic along with his team stephaine and james and they got me into a car that night. I cried for the frist 10 mins on my way home they made me feel like a person instead of someone with bad creidt now thanks to them i can start a new life and get my credit score back to where it needs to be.
