From the time I arrived on the car lot was "OUTSTANDING" I really liked Ahmed Hassan's knowledge of the vehicles that were displayed on the car lot. From the time I arrived on the car lot until the time I left Mr Hassan was willing and eager to answer all my questions. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle and felt as though I made up my own mind. Time was also important to me. I was in and out in no time at all. I would like to say thank -you Mr Hassan and the rest of Heritage staff for making my experience an enjoyable one. Now! That's great customer service. Keep up the good work. I found this car(pre-owned Mazda 3 hatchback)on the internet. My initial phone contact was with Dave - very pleasant. He assigned Patrick (also very pleasant)to work with me. Patrick contacted me shortly thereafter, answered my initial question and arranged for me to see the car at my convenience. The car was in great condition and although the sticker price was higher than the internet price,it was quickly noted that I would be given the internet price! Since I had researched the Mazda-3 hatchback, and I had a nephew who was very knowlegeable about that model,I had lots of questions, a couple of which were "sticky" - specifically power seats (not available although noted in the internet description)and some confusion about electronic stabillity (ESC). Since Patrick is primarily assigned to Cadillac sales,he had to refer to James to answer some questions,and that took some time, but Patrick was very diligent and patient about providing me with complete and accurate information. (James provided me printed information that explained ESC - different manufacturers use diffferent names.) The test drive was great - some back roads which really gave me a good feel for how well the car handles. There did appear to be some vibration/roughness, but Patrick said he would have this checked out. The next day, I checked out two Mazdas at another dealer(pre-arranged). One of the cars was very similar, but lower in price and mileage.I was seriously considering buying this car, but as fate would have it, no sooner did I arrive home from my test drive at the other dealer, than I received a very nice follow-up phone call from Dave asking me if all my questions had been answered, could he help me in any way, etc. I told him that I would like another test drive to see if the vibration/roughness had been corrected. Dave was more that happy to arrange another test drive at my convenience and he even offered to have Patrick bring the car to my home! The second test drive was even better than the first!(Apparently, one tire had been a little low on air. These are new sport tires by the way.) That night, I compared the two cars, and clearly the Heritage Mazda was the way to go for me. The warranty on a certified, pre-owned Mazda was a big selling point (more than compensated for the price difference), but even more so, I was very impressed with the customer service - very helpful, but not pushy. Because the Heritage Mazda was competively priced, there was really no room for negotiations, but when asked, Dave even agreed to take off $100 for me. The next day, Patrick picked me up at my home and drove me to Heritage Bel Air to complete the sale on my "almost" new Mazda 3 hatchback.(My neighbors all thought it was new, and were very surprised that it's two years old.) So, in summary - great car, great customer service, great warranty, very competitive price! (I am enjoying the car so much, it took me more than a month to write this review!) Oh, one more thing. I was very concerned that I only got one set of keys with the car. Apparently, Heritage only had one set, but I did not find this out until very late in the process. (I just assumed you always received two sets of keys with a car purchase.) Since these keys are very expensive, I contacted Patrick to see what he could do. Patrick contacted the service manager who offered me 15% off on another set of keys. I have not yet made it into the shop to get the keys made, but I trust they will still honor the price. More

This was my second purchase from this dealership. I live in DE, but made the commute because their prices are unbeatable. The sales manager, James, has always gone out of his way to help find the exact veh in DE, but made the commute because their prices are unbeatable. A vehicle from a sister dealership had to be brought over so our wait was longer than usual during which time, they gave us a private office so that my wife could nurse our infant and made sure we had everything we needed. Great cars, great prices, friendly staff. Although, they should be allowed to wear dress shorts on such hot days. More

The customer service was great. When I arrived at the dealership, I had the opportunity to walk around the lot and look without being bombarded by any salespeople. Once I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Bobbi. I had found the exact car I wanted online via the Heritage dealership website and Bobbi immediately helped us find the car on the lot. She was knowledgeable of the Mazda 3. Once I decided to purchase the Mazda 3, she introduced us to the manager (I can't recall his name)and we began to haggle the price. I am very happy with the price we settled on. For a first-time car buyer, the paperwork process was straight forward. The finance manager, Jeremy, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall, I found the experience to be a positive one and I would certainly recommend Heritage Mazda. It was worth driving from Delaware to come to this dealership. More
My wife and I were very pleased with this dealership in general and Wil Wells in particular. We walked in knowing mostly what we wanted, so we did a test drive, loved the car, and started discussing optio general and Wil Wells in particular. At no point was there ever any sales pressure, he just went through the options, we told him what we liked, and he gave us the price. We checked around with other dealers for a few days and found their price to be the best, then went back to negotiate our trade and purchased the car. A very smooth, non-stereotypical car salesman approach that was refreshing and enjoyable. More
