I had a 2007 Mazda3 Grand Touring that was a car to be proud of. However, it was sadly totaled after an accident. He is a very gentle and kind person who really knows how to take what a person can view as a typically stressful experience and put the excitement back into it instead. I test drove a 2010 Mazda3 Grand Touring, while I was "sad" it did not come in my Aurora Blue, I was sold pretty much after the test drive. Wil reviewed the basic information with me of the car, went on the test drive route with me, which allowed me to test braking, acceleration and feel the overall quality of the ride (It was excellent!). He was very thorough in explaining my financing options in terms of money down and gave me options. I was also thrilled with the financing options given to me through Mazda directly. The price was unbeatable. I had been comparing an used vehicle and I would have spent close to, if not more, for a used vehicle (I was look at a 2007-2008) than I did on my 2010. I had been very stressed prior to my going into MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air, however, it was so exciting... even the Finance Manager noticed I couldn't wait to sign my name on the papers! He was very helpful with discussing warranty options and honest. Instead of dreading the long 5 hours, I'm VERY appreciative of the experience. Not only was the service great, but I definitely did not drive off the lot with any regrets of "Oh I wish I had gone with this car..." Or "I should have gotten another blue one!" I am happy with my 2010 Mazda3 Grand Touring in Liquid Silver and while there are several Mazda dealerships, I would drive the distance to get the quality service and experience again right in Bel Air. Larry was extremely instrumental in guiding me to the vehicle (Mazda CX-7) that I ended up purchasing and he is currently in process of following up a couple of things for me to finish delivery of the vehicle. I met Hillary as I went thru the financing part and she was very nice, professional, and efficient. She is able to combine a touch of the personal while remaining 100% professional (Not everyone can pull that off). She was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions as well. I met some other folks at the dealership as well, who were all very personable. By the way, I shopped 7 other dealers BEFORE finding Larry at Mile One Heritage Mazda. Most of them were less than interested in my time or acted as if I was interrupting their day. A few have still not called back when they said that they would. This is my 3rd purchase through a Mile One dealersip and all have been very good experiences, but this one by far, was the best. My daughter and I were looking for a new car for her high school graduation gift. After researching various brands of vehicles on the internet she wanted to test drive a Mazda 3. We went to Mile One Heritage in Bel Air and met Fred Leavitt. Fred was very patient with my daughter who was asking a lot of question about the vehicle. Fred took the time to go through the vehicle with her and made her comfortable with it. (I rate Fred great for customer service). This was the first time my daughter was buying a new vehicle and Fred made the experience a great one for her. After test driving numerous vehicles my daughter did not receive the same customer as she did from Mile One. We even came back for a second test drive and Fred gave us his great customer service attention. Everyone at Mile one was great to deal with. They were all helpful and wanted to make my daughter have a good experience in buying her first new car.(Rated Overall Experience great for this) Rated pricing good due to the numerous time of going back and forth to talk to the manager. That made it stressful for my daughter. Overall it was a great buying experience and would recommend them to my friends and family. More

Their website is very good and helps w/ the sales process letting you know what inventory they have, as well as special internet pricing. If you need service later, the service dept is very easy to work w/ and low pressure to do extra work like some other dealerships. More

I needed a new car, so I did my homework online and at other dealers by looking at both Toyota's and Mazda's so I was prepared. I went to the Mazda in Bel Air and Matt approached us and treated us like re other dealers by looking at both Toyota's and Mazda's so I was prepared. I went to the Mazda in Bel Air and Matt approached us and treated us like regular people and not the usual "What can i do for you so you can walk out of here with a car?" attitude that other salesman do. I was interested in the new Mazda 3, so Matt took us out on a test drive...a real test drive through the area, not a 2 minute drive in a big circle. The cool part is that Matt is a car mechanic, so who else is gonna have more car knowledge? Some salesman or a person who literally knows cars inside and out...I would say the latter. He was so friendly and laid back, but in a sincere way than a typical car salesman. He even introduced us to the mechanics in the back who were also very friendly and who look forward to anything that I may need. Overall he really took his time with us and we dealt with him and not him and his boss, like other dealerships would do. I really enjoyed my experience at Heritage Mazda. More
