This was my first time buying a new car, and I was sort of skeptical about things after talking with my parents. I made sure I didn't go through this process without them. When I went to Heritage Mazda, I met Ken who helped me and my dad out with picking out a car. We took it for a test drive, sat down and talked some numbers over. Ken was a really nice guy, great salesman. Not like most salesman you meet that will just do anything to get a sale. I was given the opportunity to borrow the brand new 2009 Mazda3 I wanted for the weekend (never thought that was possible!!) to try it out before making my final decision. I LOVED IT!!! I took the car back the Monday following, and made the deal with my parents. Ken was great, and I met a few of the other salesmen who were really nice. Hopefully when and if I ever buy a new car in the future, I'll have just as good of an experience as I had with this dealership, and Ken Arment. He made sure that I was 200% happy with the decision I was making, instead of just worrying about making another sale. Thank you guys so much!! More

As a first-time car buyer, I did not start the process with high hopes for an enjoyable buying experience - I expected the worst! However, compared to what I found at other dealers, the quality and conve with high hopes for an enjoyable buying experience - I expected the worst! However, compared to what I found at other dealers, the quality and convenience of working with Ken Arment at MileOne was FAR SUPERIOR to anything I found elsewhere and I was looking everywhere. In addition to the fact that they had a great selection including several vehicles that met my criteria, Ken worked with me by e-mail which was most convenient for me due to my hectic schedule. Unlike other dealers/salesmen, he took my e-mails seriously and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Finally, he offered to drive the car down to me to allow me to test drive it which was extremely helpful since I had no way of getting to the dealership. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both my sales experience and the quality and price of the vehicle I got from MileOne. I highly recommend working with Ken Arment as he was knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure I was getting exactly the vehicle I wanted. More

I walked into this dealership one night and purchased a new vehicle 24 hours later. Mr Bill Wells was my initial contact and made me feel right at home. He turned us over to Ken Arment who is extrememely knowledgable, patient, friendly and has a no pressure approach. We were so pleased with our experience that I returned in less then 30 days and purchased another new Mazda for my wife. The entire porcess of dealing with Ken couldn't have been more enjoyable. When it comes time for me to replace my Ford I can assure you I will see Ken to purchas Mazda #3. More

I had done my research on-line and the minute I got on the phone with Fred Leavitt, he could not have been anymore accomodating. He was attentive and willing to answer any and all my questions. I told him and Stephanie,the finance officer, what my requirements were and mentioned early on that our situation was one that was limited and needed alot of patience. They both were wonderful and met our needs. There was only one 'glitch'. When I was researching on-line one of the reasons that led me to Heritage Mazda was that the car I was interested in was a Mazda, CX7, 'Grand Touring" model. When we got there and test drove the car it was obvious that this car was not as advertised on-line. It was actually a 'Touring' model. Although we purchased the car. I am still disappointed that some of the features I really wanted are not there. As I mentioned before, the experience overall was great. If Stephanie hadn't handled a second key situation with the excellent customer service she gave in such a professional manner the deal may have fallen through. The experience was quick and pretty painless which left us very plesantly surprised. Thank you to Fred and Stephanie at Heritage Mazda in Belair, Maryland! More

We have purchased 3 vehichles from Ken over the last 4 years and have been extremely satisfied and happy with our purchases. Ken has made me very comfortable with calling him for any question I may have or for anything I need, small or large. There is no one like him in my book.
