John Daly(sales rep) had only been there for a week and was very helpful,knowledgable and friendly. Very suprising! John Daly and James Utermohle went out of their way to get exactly what I wanted in my new Mazda CX-9. I got a fair price for the new vehicle as well as my trade without a bunch of haggling. This is a top notch dealership and service department(I toured that as well). Very clean and professional! I have also bought a new vehicle from another Mile One Heritage and was very satisfied there. I will continue to deal with Mile One Heritage. I am happy and comfortable to refer anyone to this dealership. Top notch! More

Not all Heritage dealerships are the same; and the Bel Air location gives such great customer service and personal attention; it is a MUST visit! It's been a week since my purchase, and I continue to receive such great customer service from ALL of the staff! Who would have thought that the process and stress of buying a car could actually be refreshing. I actually drove several extra miles to this dealership after poor service at another. This was my first time buying a new car, and I was sort of skeptical about things after talking with my parents. I made sure I didn't go through this process without them. When I went to Heritage Mazda, I met Ken who helped me and my dad out with picking out a car. We took it for a test drive, sat down and talked some numbers over. Ken was a really nice guy, great salesman. Not like most salesman you meet that will just do anything to get a sale. I was given the opportunity to borrow the brand new 2009 Mazda3 I wanted for the weekend (never thought that was possible!!) to try it out before making my final decision. I LOVED IT!!! I took the car back the Monday following, and made the deal with my parents. Ken was great, and I met a few of the other salesmen who were really nice. Hopefully when and if I ever buy a new car in the future, I'll have just as good of an experience as I had with this dealership, and Ken Arment. He made sure that I was 200% happy with the decision I was making, instead of just worrying about making another sale. Thank you guys so much!! More
As a first-time car buyer, I did not start the process with high hopes for an enjoyable buying experience - I expected the worst! However, compared to what I found at other dealers, the quality and convenience of working with Ken Arment at MileOne was FAR SUPERIOR to anything I found elsewhere and I was looking everywhere. In addition to the fact that they had a great selection including several vehicles that met my criteria, Ken worked with me by e-mail which was most convenient for me due to my hectic schedule. Unlike other dealers/salesmen, he took my e-mails seriously and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Finally, he offered to drive the car down to me to allow me to test drive it which was extremely helpful since I had no way of getting to the dealership. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both my sales experience and the quality and price of the vehicle I got from MileOne. I highly recommend working with Ken Arment as he was knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure I was getting exactly the vehicle I wanted. More

I was comparison shopping new and used Mazda CX-9's. Ken Arment was very helpful in tracking down some new 2009s that fit my requirements. In the end, I went with the less costly used option.
