The Service was Excellent. My car was making a knocking noise and it was quickly diagnosed and repaired within the same day. The Heritage Mazda of Bel Air service department has been awful to deal with. They’ve repeatedly been unable to repair an electrical issue that causes the battery to drain. They’ve told us that the car is un awful to deal with. They’ve repeatedly been unable to repair an electrical issue that causes the battery to drain. They’ve told us that the car is unsafe to drive yet refuse to work with us to get it towed (we’ve brought it in three times and had it towed twice). My grandchildren ride in that car and my daughter needs it for work but they refuse to fix the issue. Our family will certainly not be purchasing any Mazdas any time soon . Christine Dunbar More

Had my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Done on time, sent a video to show me a nail in sidewall of tire, asked them to replace tire since it was not reparable.
