But I had an issue that I didn't want to drive out to Annapolis to be serviced- so I took it to Heritage. I couldn't be happier with their service from start to finish. Prompt, courteous, and pleasant. Didn't try to overcharge (and even waived the diagnostic fee because the problem turned out to be so easy to diagnose.) Fixed the issue, and also performed scheduled maintenance in a few hours as promised. Shuttled me to work and back. Can't recommend highly enough. More

Excellent customer service experience I called at 11:30AM and the Service Rep., Lejuan Robinson, gave me an appointment for 1:30PM. I told her I had left the gas cap loose and she took my car immediately, confirmed that was the cause and had me fixed and on the road in less than an hour. Lejuan, on her own, determined the filler door was not operating properly, ordered a part and agreed to have it repaired at no cost. More
