A+ sales process from start to finish This was the most professional and well orchestrated car buying experience from start to finish in which I have been involved. Upon entering the deal This was the most professional and well orchestrated car buying experience from start to finish in which I have been involved. Upon entering the dealership, with my only intent to test drive an Outback, I was greeted by Kevin in technical support. My first impression was that this gentlemen was a true expert in his business laying the way for the trust and confidence I have in this dealership. Very soon Steve Sherman joined me and as a team they led me through the key benefits of the Outback. Steve was friendly, knowlegeable and very experienced in his job. During the test drive Steve provided key information about the vehicle which cemented that this vehicle was the best fit for me. After visiting several dealers both Subaru and Lexus I continued to be impressed by what I experienced at the Catonsville dealership. Because of this I phoned Steve to confirm that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from their dealership. Because I work away from where my home is it is difficult to make it to the dealership. Heritage did not even blink at this any made the whole transaction happen with a few phone calls. During the process they had to bring the vehicle from another dealership. Steve took the time to personally pick up the car for me to just add that extra level of care I needed. As items were finalized on the vehicle I received a call from the manager, Dan Rosenfeld who ensured that I received the vehicle with the exact specifications I needed at the price that I thought was very fair. When I visited the dealership to pickup the vehicle the whole team introduced themselves to me and took time with me to ensure I was satisfied with each of the aspects in which they were involved from a quick technical review, the sale process, financing and a sincere thank you from Dan the manager for doing business with the dealership. Highly recommend this dealership - from being contacted minutes after submitting my interest form by the online sales manager to driving away with a new car, never fe this dealership - from being contacted minutes after submitting my interest form by the online sales manager to driving away with a new car, never felt any sort of pressure or pushiness from Matt Nemetz or the finance manager Lee. They had two of the cars I was interested in, test drove them and spent my time going over pros/cons for as long as I needed to come to my own decisions. The car itself seemed to have a damaged bumper and a missing accessory but Matt and the service department took care of replacing the bumper and the missing part the same weekend I bought the car. Very happy with my purchase and not a single thing felt out of place. More
