Thomas was great to work with. I went into this dealership after another test drive next door and was immediately greeted by Thomas. I was initially so nervous about the whole process of buying a c dealership after another test drive next door and was immediately greeted by Thomas. I was initially so nervous about the whole process of buying a car, but Thomas' knowledge immediately put me at ease. The test drive was a breeze and all of the features were throughly explained. He answered all of my questions and I never felt any pressure. The car color and package I was looking at was unfortunately not on the lot and was not scheduled to be delivered until a week or so later. I left feeling at ease and closer to a decision. After being home for a little over an hour Thomas called me with exciting news the car I wanted was delivered. I still was not sure and Thomas said he understood and again I felt no pressure to take the car. That helped me make a decision on my own and I called back and told Thomas let's do this! The next morning the car was waiting for me. Thomas let me test drive the car and again explained everything about the vehicle to really help me feel confident about my decision. I thank Thomas so much with being so patient and Heritage for getting me into my 2020 Subaru Forester Limited! More
