Outstanding Customer Experience!!!! I arrived at Heritage Subaru in Catonsville and was greeted by Abby Diallo a very knowledgeable and non-pushy excellent saleswoman. I wanted to check I arrived at Heritage Subaru in Catonsville and was greeted by Abby Diallo a very knowledgeable and non-pushy excellent saleswoman. I wanted to check out a WRX in which they didn’t have the trim and color I wanted at the moment but she showed me and similar model so I could get a feel for the vehicle. Abby and her Sales manager Rob did an extensive search and found the exact car I wanted, and had it shipped there. Let me add that Rob who’s a Sale Manager had a very genuine kind/caring demeanor which is very unusual in this industry. Everything from start to finish went smoothly, normally I’m a very hard negotiator but Abby’s initial offer was so good that I tried my best not to crack a smile when she showed me the number’s (lol). Their offer was spot on to what I’ve heard other WRX owners have to do hard haggling to barely get and they just handed it to me. I returned to pick up my vehicle having my 5yr old daughter with me and not only was the car perfect, but Abby entertained my daughter while I was doing paperwork and continually asked if we needed anything. I can’t say it enough, if you want an outstanding sales experience with someone who is patient then ask for Abby at Heritage Subaru of Catonsville!! P.S…. When I returned to pick up the car, Abby was supposed to be off that day but came in just to hand me the keys!! More
