Although I was very disappointed with the failure of my radio and GPS system and the length of time for a replacement I was very appreciative with how Although I was very disappointed with the failure of my radio and GPS system and the length of time for a replacement I was very appreciative with how my issue was handled by the service department. The representative Joshua Colon was very responsive and gave me accurate information on when I could expect the replacement part. When I expressed disappointment with the length of time, my issue was escalated to the manager, Ryan Morse, who offered me a loaner while I waited for the part. Although I didn't take the loaner I really appreciated his willingness to help me. When the part arrived Joshua kept me informed of the installation progress and insured that the installation was coordinated with SiriusXM to activated the new radio. Also, Kevin Riebert, the Product Specialist helped me with and issue with my GPS. All three of these gentlemen handled my issues with professionalism. More

Service is the BEST I have ever receive I have owned three Subaru Outbacks (2000, 2008, 2018) This is the first time I have purchased from Heritage. Service is the BEST I have ever received anywhere! I have been very impressed with Heritage so far and expect to continue to receive 5-star in the future. Their set up with a personal service assistant is very helpful and you know that there will be no mix up or confusion about the needed service because your personal service assistant puts it directly into the computer while you are describing your concerns and takes the time to truly clarify any issues or questions you may have.. The personal service assistant is very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. He or she (I have had each) will go the extra mile and consult one of the service managers if needed before finalizing your order. He or she will then go over in detail what he has entered into the computer and ask you if there is anything he needs to change. As I said, it is the very best service I have ever received during the 18 years I have owned Subaru Outbacks. More

And even the hard sale on extra protections was not too painful. We did have to wait a long time for various things to happen but I chalk that up to it being a busy Saturday afternoon. The dealer also gave us only one key (not counting the valet key). After we realized it, we asked for another one and got it, no problem. More

I had such a great experience last time that I even went back to the same sales guy, Steve Sherman. I just got my 2019 Crosstrek today and once again Steve went above and beyond.
