First time going to Heritage Subaru I recently moved to Baltimore area and knew I would need to find a new subaru dealership in my area. From pulling my car into to leaving, I had nothing but great customer services and was greeted with a smile by everyone. I have to give praise to the really kind service advisor I worked with. Today I was helped by Lejuan Robinson. She was so helpful and sweet during the whole process. I came in just thinking I was going to get an oil change but she let me know several lights were burnt out and I was due for a tire rotation. Her approach was never pushy and she just offered me all the options to best fit my needs and budget. I felt so respected and cared for during my visit today. I will make sure to ask to work with Lejuan in the future because of this great experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!
