Santos is the best! I had a really positive experience buying a car from this dealership, and in particular working with Santos. I was in a bit of a complicated situatio I had a really positive experience buying a car from this dealership, and in particular working with Santos. I was in a bit of a complicated situation after an accident which was not at all my fault totaled my car, a subaru forester manual transmission-not very common! But due to dealing w insurance issues, I wasnt able to purchase the car right away, and wasnt even sure what I could afford until the insuranse money for the value of my lost vehicle was determined. Herritage had the only manual forester in the area and I wanted it! Im glad I ended up working with Santos because he was so patient with me, and followed up regularly but not the point of being a pest. He also followed through on every promise he gave along the way, and I feel confident I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywherr else. Highly recommend this dealership, and ask for Santos! More

Great Car Shopping Experience I needed to purchase a new car because I was in an auto accident and my car was a total loss. I had a list of places to go to look at what was out there. I made one stop that day. I was greeted by Santos Mendez and it was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a car. He knew what he was talking about. There was no pressure. I came in with a payment in mind and he worked to get me what I needed. Milton in finance was wonderful to deal with as well. He took care of getting me hooked up with the extended warranty. Also dealt with Oliver after the purchase to run through all the technical features of the car. He also was on top of his game. Let's not forget a big shout out to Norm for just being there and "working" the room so you were not left there just waiting around. Everyone was fantastic and I would recommend anyone I know to go there. More

Didn't want to buy a New car I had finally come to the realization that I was going to have to purchase a new vehicle, I arrived at Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills and was greeted I had finally come to the realization that I was going to have to purchase a new vehicle, I arrived at Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills and was greeted right a way by Mr. Santos Mendez, I was very pleased with his personality, his up beat personality (not to strong), he was very knowledgeable, about the vehicle I was interested in, when meeting with Santos I was not feel very good about what I had to do, but this young man, answered all the questions that my brother and I shot at him, not once did his facial expressions change, so I allowed Santos do his job because I could tell that he really enjoyed what he was doing. still not excited but feeling better, I Santos made my car buying process so smooth and effortless that when I went to pick up the car I realized that I was really excited THANK YOU SANTOS MENDEZ !!!!
