As painless as car buying can be. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable-- I worked with Jon Waugh. For me, though, the 4 hour wait was a bit torturous-- I'm sure the staff did everything Everyone was kind and knowledgeable-- I worked with Jon Waugh. For me, though, the 4 hour wait was a bit torturous-- I'm sure the staff did everything they could to move it along, and they were very open to negotiating. Car dealerships should come equipped with wet bars. But it was all worth it, I am in love with my new Crosstrek and I would definitely refer friends and family to heritage Subaru. More

Amazing Experience Purchasing a Forester! I had an awesome experience purchasing my Subaru! Joshua L. was my salesman, it was quick and easy. I went in unsure of what I really wanted. Josh had I had an awesome experience purchasing my Subaru! Joshua L. was my salesman, it was quick and easy. I went in unsure of what I really wanted. Josh had me test drive the Forester and I fell in love with it. He was very nice, understanding of my wants and needs and definitely got me into a vehicle that meets my requirements. Not too pushy, but very knowledgable. I was very satisfied with what they gave me for my trade and how quick Greg and Mason had all of the paperwork done. I also got to meet Bill in service and he was very helpful with answering any questions I had. I love my Forester and will continue to do business with Heritage Subaru. I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I purchased a Subaru Legacy from this dealership. My salesman was James Franklin and the finance person was Milton Taylor. Both of them were profes I purchased a Subaru Legacy from this dealership. My salesman was James Franklin and the finance person was Milton Taylor. Both of them were professional and friendly. James was patient and thorough in showing different cars, and Milton worked to find me the best financing package available. In addition to their service the day I purchased the vehicle, James and Milton have taken calls from me and answered questions that I had. I am very pleased with the performance of the car. Bad experience and will never visit this dealership again I was working on pricing with our salesman after taking the car for a test drive when another salesman came over a got the keys to the car we were get I was working on pricing with our salesman after taking the car for a test drive when another salesman came over a got the keys to the car we were getting ready to purchase. He was leaving someone test drive the same car. While we were discussing financing with the salesman and one of the managers, our salesman came back and told us they just sold the car to the person who test drove it after us. The sales manager then turned around and lied to us saying that they drove the car first. This was not true because the gas tank was empty and our salesman told us we were the first ones to drive this car, there were no miles on the odometer when we took it out for a drive. Needless to say after spending 3 hours with our salesman we were not pleased to hear this. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone and I will never step foot on that lot again. Our salesman Jon was great, it was the management that lost our business. More
