I feel like something is wrong at this service center. When something terrible happened to my car while it was in their care, I felt as thought I wasn't being treated like a customer with a problem, I fel When something terrible happened to my car while it was in their care, I felt as thought I wasn't being treated like a customer with a problem, I felt like I was being treated as though I WAS the problem. They did fix everything within the month. But the process was drawn out. Certain obvious repairs where missed altogether until I pointed them out.
