Stay away from John! I can no longer recommend this dealership after buying a car from them last year. James and Derrick did a great job helping us. As soon as John was involved it was all games and lies. He really thought he could trick us into buying a more expensive car or tell me that another dealership that I was speaking to had no cars or was a stripped down version of what we were looking at. I did my research and I even called the other dealership while at Heritage and they had the car we wanted. John did not want to help a repeat customer. We bought from another place and are very happy. Please don’t let John take advantage of you. Save some money and go elsewhere. More

I had a terrible experience with the finance team, specifically Shane Lee. It felt like a total scam operation designed to push worthless warranties and unnecessary services. They aren't looking out for the customer; they are looking to pad their own pockets. Most concerningly, they tried to push the worst possible loan terms just to increase their own commissions.
