Great sales and finance Personnel. Very rude GM. I recently came in for trading in a car and I had an appointment with Michael Trebbe. I was informed that he was a newer salesman so I understood that I recently came in for trading in a car and I had an appointment with Michael Trebbe. I was informed that he was a newer salesman so I understood that there would be bumps in the road. I had a great experience with Bong in Finance and Michael in sales, but the general manager, Dave Gruner, was an absolute nightmare. Entirely, utterly unprofessional in handling business and customer service. He began to get animated once discussing and bargaining price of a car. He refused to discuss in a calm level headed manner and was avoiding questions asked by both my wife and myself. As far as the conversation goes, he would not let either of us get a word in otherwise. The reason for the 3 star rating is solely because of Dave otherwise this would be a 5 star. Working in customer service for a majority of my life, I can surely and confidently say this is someone I would not do business with again. During my visit, Michael (sales) began to panic a bit and decided to escalate above the sales manager's head and straight to Dave, which made for this unpleasant experience. Hopefully this review helps out the next consumer. Stay clear of Dave and next time you have to speak to him, please be prepared to spar, so bring a set of boxing gloves to the dealership. The good side is that Bong was amazingly helpful in Finance as was Bobby Haag in Sales who was extremely knowledgeable on the car I chose. More

Not only did he give me an amazing deal on my 2017 Toyota Corolla but he was so patient and not pushy at all! I told him what I was looking for and the first car he showed me would be my first purchase ever buying a car (brand new one at that) its amazing and I love it! the whole entire process was a breeze I was literally in and out! Oh, and I cant forget about Mr.Snyder with finance this man is magical! he was honest and very informative with every question I asked. he was also very pleasant and had such a good sense of humor, he made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and with the holiday deals and my military discount I walked out of that dealership smiling from ear to ear! Even my mom and sister are coming back to trade in their vehicles and do business with these two gentleman based off my great deal and wonderful experience! You guys keep up the great work!!!!! More

My encounter was not only unprofessional but out right rude and disrespectful from one human to another. Based on this experience I will not recommend this location to any customers looking for parts. This may go unnoticed within the organization however my occupation within the auto industry will make notice to all who inquire about my thoughts regarding the store. More

I got exactly the model and accessories I wanted without any hassle or pressure. Heritage is very convenient to me; they offer a lot of extras like the new owner tutorials and free car washes. All-in-all it has been a good experience and I hope it continues to be so. More
LACK OF ACCESSIBILITY TO MANAGEMENT I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE CONTACT INFO FOR THE GM OR GSM (IF THERE IS ONE) I TRIED THE TRADITIONAL WAY BY EMAILING THE DEALER THROUGH A VEHICLE I WAS I I HAVE TRIED TO GET THE CONTACT INFO FOR THE GM OR GSM (IF THERE IS ONE) I TRIED THE TRADITIONAL WAY BY EMAILING THE DEALER THROUGH A VEHICLE I WAS INTERESTED IN I REQUESTED THE EMAIL, NOT EVEN THE DIRECT PHONE, JUST THE EMAIL OF THE GM OR GSM I KEPT GETTING SPAM OR SIMPLE IGNORANCE OF MY QUESTION EXISTING MANY TIMES WITH THE TRICK OF NOT EVEN ANSWERING MY EMAIL AT BEST, I WOULD GET A NEW EMAIL SEPARATE FROM THAT QUESTION SINCE DEALERS USE DEVIOUS PRACTICES TO GET YOUR PHONE NUMBER EVEN WHEN YOU CALL THEM WITH A PRIVATE NUMBER OR USE *67 ON THEIR LOCAL NUMBER THAT'S ONE REASON WHY I DON'T CALL WHEN YOU GET THE OPERATOR ON THE PHONE, MANY TIMES THEY DON'T KNOW IT THEN YOUR WAITING ON HOLD THEN AT LEAST 50% OF THE TIME THEY GIVE YOU INCORRECT EMAILS OR MY FAVORITE, YOU GET "WHY DO YOU WANT IT", "I CAN HELP YOU", "WHAT IS IT THAT YOU NEED" I NEED THE FRICKEN WORK EMAIL TO THE GM! IS THAT A DEEP SECRET? "OH I'M JUST TRYING TO DIRECT YOU TO THE RIGHT PERSON" . . .. AND ON AND ON AND ON . . .. THAT'S OTHER REASON WHY I DON'T CALL! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT, ESPECIALLY WHEN COMPARISON SHOPPING LIKE MOST INTERNET PEOPLE DO SO THE LAST OPTION I HAVE IS GOING TO THE "MEET THE STAFF" SECTION OF "ABOUT US" THIS PLACE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE A HIERARCHICAL LISTING OF EMPLOYEES AFTER SEARCHING THROUGH EVERYONE, I FOUND THE GM CLICKING ON HIM, IT TOOK ME TO THIS WEBSITE HERE YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.
