Crystal Pierre in the service department is amazing I have purchased 2 brand new Camry XSE’s in. October 2018 and had a few minor things that needed adjusted. I came to Catonsville and met with Crystal and she was very attentive and professional and assured me that everything would be handled promptly. Crystal definitely exceeded my expectations and I was blown away about how much she cared. I also spoke to the Service Manager Alexandria who was very attentive and professional as well! (It starts from the top and definitely shows here) Id definitely recommend buying a Car from here and leveraging this service team. I don’t even live close however it’s worth the drive. More
