This was anything but- we actually bought without driving. We scheduled a date and time for pick up. He kept in constant contact letting me know if the car arrival - I also had a few question here and there and he answers On his day off! Customer sec is was outstanding - the paper work was ready when we arrived. He also offered financing but not pushy about it either - so o went with their financing and they were lower than my credit union by a quarter percent! This was probably one of most enjoyable experience buying a car - I will use him I the near future for my kids vehicle! More

Great Toyota dealership. Staff was friendly, including our Salesman Zach. Granted we had to wait for the our new RAV4 to be delivered to the dealership, but that seems to be Staff was friendly, including our Salesman Zach. Granted we had to wait for the our new RAV4 to be delivered to the dealership, but that seems to be the way of the world now, but they did keep us updated on the delivery schedule. They were easy to deal with and negotiate the sale of our new RAV4 Hybrid XLE. Zach was great at providing information and answering our questions about the hybrid drive system, which we had quite a few since it is our first hybrid vehicle. Once the deal was negotiated and we were ready for the finance part, Derek took care of us and didn't use the typical pressure techniques to try to sell us add ons we didn't need. Instead, he customized an add on package that was exactly what we wanted. Once the deal was finalized, they had our new ride ready for us within a relatively short amount of time. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind when the time comes to get our next Toyota, and will definitely tell our friends and family to check them out if they are hunting for a new ride too.
