I was long overdue for a newer model, but vowed to "ride it till the wheels fell off". Dan (not sure if he was in service or sales) struck up a conversation with me and convinced me to check out the newer models while I waited. While wandering around the sales floor, Erika came over and introduced herself while proceeding to tell me about the Camry I was looking at. To this day I'm not sure how she did it, but I drove away in my brand new Camry XLE that evening. I love everything about this car. Thank you Erika for helping an old stubborn mule like myself. More
