We were very comfortable with Damien, and felt like he was very sincere with us, which is not always the case during the process of buying a new car. Being that its our first time leasing a car, he was so professional, accommodating, and explained all details to us. We didn't just get the best deal (i spoke to a few other dealerships and brokers- they said the kind of deal we were getting couldn't be possible) but there were no add ons once we got to the dealership. we got exactly the deal we were promised on the phone.
