I have had several experiences with Heritage Toyota Service Center fo my 2010 Toyota Prius III. All 3 appointments were originally prompted by a Recall/Extended Warranty Issue Toyota sent me. My first experience was with a different Service Advisor which was such a poor experience I nearly complained to the DealerShip Owner.
My second appointment was scheduled online with Dave Bambino. I was pleasantly surpised to find Mr. Bambino friendly, knowledgable, honest and someone who understands that Outstanding Customer Experiences are driven by UNDER - PROMISING , and OVER- DELIVERING. Mr. Bambino does not conduct himself like a desperate Used Car Salesman who would sell his own Mother services he knew to be both unnecessy at best, unethical at worst.
My third appointment with Mr. Bambino again consisted of scheduling a Toyota issued Warranty Service. I was impresed that Mr. Bambino took the initiative to explain to me that due to the fact that this particular Warranty Recall Issue has only just been made public and politely explained to me that due to high demand, he did not have the necessary parts in stock, but would order them for me and call mme hen they arived. Through NO FAULT OF Mr. Bambino, I erroneouly gave him an old Contact Telephone Number making it impossible to reach me.
I happened to call him many months later to follow up on the Backordered Parts, and Mr. Bambino explained that he had been tryng to contact me for months but was unable to due to my providimg an outated number. He explained apologetically that he had since provided these parts to another customer and I insisted this was in no way his faukt. I was happy to wait for the replacement parts and upon arrival, he could reach me on my updated contact number. Mr. Bambino wanted to help me fix a problem I CREATED and went out of his way to secure the parts that same day! The work was completed AHEAD of the promised time and to make the experience Exceptional, Mr. Bambino offered me a method to pay for my repair costs when i got stuck in traffic and knew I could NOT make it to Heritage by closing!
To make a bad situation worse, I realized while just 5 minutes away from Heritage I had forgotten my Wallet and Credit Cards!! Dave came to the rescue and offered me an innovative way to pay online and I was able to pick up my Toyota after all these Self Imposec obstacles thanks to Mr. Bambino.
