This is approximately the fifth or sixth Toyota we have purchased through our salesman, Carlos Subido. As has been true throughout, Mr. Subido delivered superb service. This was a rush purchase. Mr. Subido had only one day to negotiate the deal, locate a vehicle at another location, have the car run through pre-delivery (it had just arrived at the other dealership), clear credit, complete the paperwork and deliver the car. Mr. Subido and the dealership accomplished it all with aplomb, while simultaneously extending us every courtesy while we went through the process.
