FINALLY a Trustworthy and Knowledgeable sales person!!!!!!! I have had some really bad experiences in my years of car buying when it comes to sales people. After dealing with Brian Nunziata to buy a used vehic I have had some really bad experiences in my years of car buying when it comes to sales people. After dealing with Brian Nunziata to buy a used vehicle there is no way I would go anywhere besides Heritage Ford - unless maybe if he moved to another dealership. He listened to what I was looking for and he made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I was thinking about buying a Honda or another Saturn but now I am looking at getting a Ford or Toyota. Even though I wasn't ready to make a sale that day I know where I am going when I am ready or if Brian calls me with something he thinks will work well for what I am looking for. Finding a honest mechanic is hard but finding an honest sales person you can trust is even harder - now I feel like I have found both. I would recommend working with Brian to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and wants to be talked with and not talked over. He was even willing to meet me on a day he wasn't even scheduled to work - who does that? I know that whatever I decide on he wouldn't steer me wrong to make an extra buck. He actually really seems to enjoy his job and with people. If you want someone who you can TRUST and who knows the little details that can make the difference between the car being THE ONE or not - this is your guy. Thank you for all your hard work and taking all that extra time even though you knew I didn't think I was ready to buy that day...you have found a new loyal customer! I rarely write reviews but I wish I had seen a review like this before going to the 2 dealerships I stopped at before stopping into Heritage. I will be back :) and maybe for a new vehicle instead of used one. Thanks for the business cards to hand out. See you soon! More

Fantastic Experience with Tonja I had a few Scion cars in which I was interested when I walked into Heritage, the FR-S and the iQ. Over the course of several weeks, Tonja was an outs I had a few Scion cars in which I was interested when I walked into Heritage, the FR-S and the iQ. Over the course of several weeks, Tonja was an outstandingly positive presence as I did my research into these models. Her warmth and hospitality are unmatched. We eventually took a look at the Prius C as well, with numerous test drives, questions, and follow-up conversations. Throughout this process never once did Tonja flag, nor was she pushy or overbearing. I got the impression that Tonja actually cared about my happiness with my new car as well as my safety in driving it across the country. While I am moving to California in a few weeks, I cannot imagine buying my future FR-S from any other salesperson. I will have to fly in and buy from Tonja because she understands the value of personalized service and care; I would recommend her to anyone! More

Megan was absolutely wonderful! She answered all of our questions, was so positive and helpful throughout the whole process. I recently went with my fiance to purchase a car and just went back to trade min questions, was so positive and helpful throughout the whole process. Most pleasant experience- not your typical dealer! I just wrote a review on Cars.com site, where I found this car- difficult to find locally- a TDI sportwagen. These guys had one, and I rushed down to I just wrote a review on Cars.com site, where I found this car- difficult to find locally- a TDI sportwagen. These guys had one, and I rushed down to see it. Laura, with whom I spoke over the phone with, was very accommodating and went right to work prepping the car for a test drive- no waiting once I got there- we got right in, and took it for a spin. It was almost perfect for me, and I could work with it. This helped end a frustrating week of trying to find the right fit. Not too "pretty" and the right combination of elements. This car had all but the auto trannie, but manuals get better mileage so I went with it. Laura got the paperwork started, and in a short while I was driving it home- all cleaned and shiny. I've never had that kind of treatment in a dealership ever- low pressure, and gentle very personable sales and finance/ closing staff. I just want to say that Laura is someone you need to hang on to- she enjoys her job, and it shows. Thanks so much! Mark W. More
