In for regular maintenance and VT State Inspection at 7:30 AM. Service history reviewed and identified work for next visit. Replaced license plate light as per inspection. Out by 8:30. Quick, clear, and responsive.

"Brought in older van for a recall, was treated extremely wel"

Other than the long line to check my car in, in the morning, the service was excellent. I brought my 8 year old car in for a recall and asked them to check about a rattle I heard. They did a diagnostic review and removed a heat shield that was rattling, that I didn't need to have replaced. Saved me $100. In addition, they had a couple other recommendations that I asked them to do. Total cost $150. Shuttle service is the best around. I have cars that have gone to Subaru and Automaster and the shuttle service is much better at Heritage. Thank you!

This is the second used 4Runner I have bought from Ron Ploof. I ha no trouble with either car. I will comeback for another 4Runner when this one wears out. (which Im sure will be awhile) Ron was making good a promise he made to me regarding a small service issue.
