While I understand your frustration, this is a policy that Heritage Toyota (or any dealer, for that matter) has no control over. Of more concern to us at this point is your negative customer experience with us. We strive to provide the highest level of service, and it is unfortunate that you are not satisfied with that level. I am not sure why your dealership continues to try the bait and switch. Why would you have a salesman print the specific automobile and then price another one? It probably works with the Not so smarts, eh. I am sure you will not over come because it is a continual game your dealership plays. Why would you not deal honest and up front? Because you do not need to because the Toyotas sell themselves so you play many people. Let me ask you, if you went and was upfront with a salesman and told him you were not into the games, you told him specifically what you were looking for, with the 48 month term, and they substituted the vehicle with a different one, with a non zero percent interest that you specified and did not give the usual discount, would you just continue to sit there? It is really sad that such dishonesty is involved with the automotive business. What I can say is that women calling my home and telling me that you are transparent was unnecessary. She knows what she did and it is sad that it is portrayed onto your salesman. And the fact that you back her up is interesting also. What is saving your business is the un-satisfaction of the Hondas at this time. One day this may come back and burn your business. One day maybe running an honest business might matter, I can only hope. I guess you wouldn't have made enough off the sale to earn the business of a repeat client. I guess you should think about how you would feel if a business tried to bend you over in the way your business attempted to play me. Pretty sure you would not stand for it. And as one of your salesman said to me in 2011 when we walked away from a bait and switch, "You have a nice f'ing day."

It is also funny that you say we cannot deal. I do believe that I walked out of your dealership and it is your salesman and manager who were leaving me messages after. Your game of telling me we cannot deal after I told your salesman that I do not have the patience is very funny and the additional phone calls from them and now you are saying we can't deal. Well played, but I fired your dealership before you fired me as a customer. Have an excellent day!!
