We told him exactly what we were looking for and he brought us one to look at while he ordered ours up from where ever. We got to take a test drive and I was able to drive it. We negotiated with him and his boss for awhile until we came up with a satisfactory deal. He stayed with us the entire time and kept us up to date as to how things were going. After we came to an agreement it took awhile to get into the finance department and it was getting late so he ordered and shared a pizza with us. The whole experience was good, funny light , not major push to hurry us to a decision. More

Jason goes above and beyond! We bought our Camry hybrid a couple of years ago. Jason has definitely gone above and beyond the call of duty for us on more than one occasion. When we bought the vehicle we pretty much went in knowing what we wanted, but Jason was great and made us feel really comfortable and good with our decision. He encouraged us to come to the new owners' orientation, which turned out to be a great way to get information about the dealership and a really cool behind-the-scenes tour of the area where they service the cars. Plus yummy snacks! Through no fault of the car or dealership we had a problem with our car while we were there and Jason was right on top of it and saw the situation through to the end, even though it meant staying pretty late to get it completely taken care of so we could get home safely. We were his priority, and that's been reflected in all of our interactions with him. More

Not only did he not push me, he let me browse on my own terms and then helped me make a decision that was not only different than what I originally wanted to do, but the right one for me. I can't say enough about Heritage. I was in and out in 3 hours with a brand new Tundra. More
