I feel as though it is important to note that with the amount of work involved in replacing a vehicle's frame, and considering the age of your vehicle, that it is not uncommon for previously unnoticed concerns to present themselves. While those concerns my have been unexpected, We would be remiss to not address them for both your safety and to bring your vehicles operation up to Toyota factory specifications. We had offered to work with you several times throughout the repair process and our offer to repair your catalytic converter at our cost is still available.
