I choose Heritage because of it’s proximity to my home and also because it was where I had purchased the car I was now replacing, formerly Russell VW. During my first visit, I met Alain and I instantly felt at ease. He greeted me with a smile and made a very pleasant introduction. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a used car. I explained to him that I had just started the process and I was still exploring some other options. We looked at a few cars but I wanted to continue looking. He was understanding and did not try to pressure me into making a decision I was not ready to make. Alain reached out to me a couple days later when a car that I had shown interest in was brought to this location. Since I had never purchased a used car before I discussed my concerns with Alain and he was able to alleviate those concerns. We were able to test drive this vehicle and I was very happy with it. I wanted the car to be inspected by my mechanic and the dealership consented. My mechanic was pleased with the car and I am now a happy owner of a Heritage VW Catonsville automobile. During my initial visit and test drive, Naz was not only knowledgeable and informative but overall pleasant to converse with. He was not pushy but only wanted to make sure I could make an informed choice in finding my new car. When I finally came back to make my purchase, he was again very pleasant to work with as we navigated the paperwork. It made a notoriously painful process much much better and I'm grateful to have had someone so easy to be around. And he got me a great deal to boot! Thank you, Naz. But there were others at Heritage that stepped up to the plate as well. Alexis was kind and thoughtful. She brought me water a couple of different times and seemed to know intuitively when I needed to see a smiling face. She also sat with me in the car to help me with all the new gadgets I haven’t been used to. Again, she made my time so much easier. Lisa was a tremendous help with the financing. She really knows her job and I’m glad she does because I had no idea about these kinds of new financing arrangements. Finally, manager Steve was just very pleasant and I never felt like I was being pushed into buying a car. He seemed to make it all seem so natural and this contributed to my feeling of comfort at Heritage. More

Service employees were constantly complaining about how miserable they are and complaining about their job right in front of customers. If you are that miserable at you job then quit! But don’t take your anger out on my car, by slamming my car door and expressing a nasty attitude right in front of me. It’s a very toxic environment to go even for an oil change.
