Zach at Heritage I just purchased my third new car here at Heritage over a ten year period and was always treated well. However, yesterday, I met Zach. Zach went abov I just purchased my third new car here at Heritage over a ten year period and was always treated well. However, yesterday, I met Zach. Zach went above and beyond for me in so many ways. He personally delivered my car to me with a full tank of gas! Drove the car with me for about 15 minutes showing me all the different features, paired my phone, set my radio stations after he called Sirius radio for me and gave me his discount coupon to get a better deal. He changed out my mats and transferred all my belongings from my old car into my new car. He also spoke to my bank and gave me his personal number "just in case". Zach is extremely knowledgeable and I couldn't get over how he was so familiar with my new car. In the past, the Heritage employees always needed to look things up as it's impossible to know all features for all cars. Well Zach showed me several cars and it was as if he owned each and every car. Did I mention patient? I asked him question after question and he answered each and every one. Zach also went over the features with me several times. I asked him what I could do to spread the word. I am so happy to be writing this review. Please ask for Zach, you'll be happy you did. More
