Learned a lesson I came to the dealer fixed on getting best price. I knew I had to get numbers to share with my boss and wouldnt be able to buy the car that day. Marcos helped me so much to the point that price was not even relevant - I was going to figure out a way to buy from Marcos if it was to high. No Pressure, Easy going, Helpful guy. I could go on and on...anybody thats met him knows what I'm talking about... Then Yancy, I guess just knowing I wanted numbers, concerned I was going to shop them, tried to pressure me into taking advantage of incentives that ended that day. No respect for the customer journey. Wanted a sale that day, wanted a commitment which I had already made in my head I was going to buy from Marcos. Maybe hes not like that all the time, I dont know but anyhow he completely blew it ....Had he stayed out of the process I would have bought a car from VW Catonsville but instead bought from VW Laurel ( after that experience my cousin in montgomery county referred me to laurel). 30 Minutes Away! Can you believe it. Marcos had me sold and then Yancy turned me off. It all comes down to personality and how you treat the customer. That is the one reason why I didn't buy from VW Catonsville. Enough said. More

Outstanding Service Before I began I have to say that the true measure of customer service in my eyes has always been the service I’m provided when there’s an issue with Before I began I have to say that the true measure of customer service in my eyes has always been the service I’m provided when there’s an issue with a product/service. I purchased my 17 GTI earlier this year and recently I encountered an error with my vehicles airbag system which displayed a warning on the dash. I took my car to Volkswagen in Catonsville and to make a long story short the Service Manager Andrew Kolbe went above and beyond to ensure that the repair was made and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I owned many different cars and worked with many service advisors/managers and this is the first time I encountered a service manager who displayed empathy and possessed the drive to face a complex problem head-on. In the past, I’ve worked in the automotive service industry and I can tell you from experience that Andrew Kolbe’s priority is the customer experience. More

And it was all thanks to the collective effo My experience at Heritage Volkswagen Catonsville is by far the best car buying experience I've had ever. And it was all thanks to the collective effort of Marcos Escobar, Armando Graham, Nick Barnes, and Yancy Cobb. At no point during the process did I feel pressured, deceived, or misled. I actually felt like I was hanging out with a few of my good friends. The team demonstrated a superior level of knowledge, professionalism, and customer service and expedited the car buying process smoothly and quickly. Marcos went the extra mile in helping me get my vehicle home since a) I didn't trade-in my current vehicle and b) I didn't have anyone to drive my new purchase home. Armando ensured that my time at the dealership was kept to a minimum. I know he was busy working other deals but I would've never know that due to his attentiveness to my concerns. Nick Barnes finalized the sale with ease, and with no added high pressure sales pitches to purchase extras. I really appreciated that. I even had the opportunity to talk with Yancy. His easy-going personality and demeanor made him very easy to talk to. I enjoyed talking with him while his team worked on getting me out the door. Overall, this was an awesome experience and will definitely be stopping by here first the next time I find myself in the market for another car. More

Marcos was attentive and accommodating as we test drove a couple of cars and then left to think things over.
