I called a few days before and talked to Naz ab My experience at Heritage Volkswagen in Catonsville was the best dealership experience I've ever had. I called a few days before and talked to Naz about coming in. He was very personable and told me he'd have the cars ready to test drive when I came in. I had to reschedule, and both Naz and Armando stayed in touch to make sure they'd be ready for me. I was looking for a car in a specific color, and although it was not in any of their lots, Naz and Armando got the vehicle from another dealership for me to test drive by the time I arrived. At that point, my wife and I spoke with Naz, Armando, and Yancy about the 2 vehicles we wanted and made our purchase. They were all very accommodating throughout the process. We even had some personal scheduling issues that the dealership was willing to work around. I appreciate all of their help. I will be recommending Heritage Volkswagen to anyone looking for a car in the future. More
