Good but over worked. They seem to be too busy. Worse yet they now charge 3%for credit card use. They expect me to carry $600 not to have to pay this fee. More

Thank you for providing your feedback. As we shared with you the technical bulletin you are referring to does not apply to your car. All technical service bulletins are specific to certain VIN’s and Google cannot discern these differences when you are seeking information online. As part of our diagnosis process, your specific vehicle information is uploaded to VW’s servers in Germany and the guided fault finding process is followed. This process will identify any technical bulletins and other tests for the technician to follow before determining which part requires replacing. The test results for your car was to replace the thermostat assembly.
