I paid the asking price in cash, no financing. .. and got less than 10 minutes of instruction on how to use one of the more complicated automobile instrument panels in the auto market. The front windshield washer jets are blocked and never worked properly (the washer on the back window works), and the left rear tail light assembly had a considerable amount of water in it, which showed up a couple of weeks later on the instrument panel...but I failed to check both of these items before leaving the dealership. So far, I've spent a bit over $1,800.00 on a tail light assembly. No help from the dealership. I hesitate to think what the windshield washer repair might be. I really like the BMW X-7, and plan to order a new 2027 model as soon as available...but NOT from BMW of Jackson.! And...good luck on getting someone on the phone at the dealership, other than a computer program. More
