When it was time to settle up for the initial service he shared that the technician noted that my rear braked pads should be replaced and asked if I wanted to take care of it at the same time. Once again, in less than an hour, I was on my way. This is why Infiniti will continue to service my wife's convertible and my SUV! Thanks, Randy!! More
