Took care of my problems--good communication I arrived at Herson's without an appointment. Ms. Leon advised me of the time I would have to wait. I decided to go home using the Herson's shuttle. I was hardly in the house when Ms. Leon called and told me that since my car was there they would also replace my airbag. She later called back and told me what was causing my initial problems as well as some other things that needed to be done. She was helpful and I enjoyed working with her. The shuttle drivers (their names should be listed with the employee worked with--he is very important) were very pleasant! More

Excellent Service Department Bought a Civic Hybrid 2006 and have generally been pretty happy with it. All in all, a very good car, about what you'd expect from Honda. When I retire it (usually around 200K miles) I plan to buy another Honda. The primary reason for this is not so much the vehicle, but the quality of service I have received from Rose, Tosca and the other folks in that department. Maintenance hasn't actually been cheap, of course. It isn't anywhere. But their work has been consistently excellent and I've always believed they've had my best interests in mind, never trying to sell me some repair I didn't need. I am grateful for the way I've been treated -- always with respect and patience -- and the coffee in the waiting area isn't bad either. :-) More

I recently ran into him again today when picking up my vehicle license plates and he immediately ran over to greet me and even took the time to put my new plates on the vehicle.
