He thoroughly explained the features of the Civic during the test drive; and while I didn't buy the car during my first visit because I had other cars in mind, he followed up with me the following week and was not pushy, which I appreciated. When I went back the second time, he promptly greeted me and addressed any concerns/questions I had before I decided to purchase my Civic. My family has predominately owned Toyota cars so I was a little nervous/hesitant to switch. However, Rahiem has made the switch effortless. A huge deciding factor for me choosing Honda was the great service provided by Rahiem. Even after buying the car, I am able to call/text if I have any questions. Awesome Car Buying Experience with Aaron Phillips I had an amazing experience at Herson's Honda. Aaron Phillips has been so patient and helpful throughout my entire car buying process (which lasted mo I had an amazing experience at Herson's Honda. Aaron Phillips has been so patient and helpful throughout my entire car buying process (which lasted more than 6 months). I initially went to see Aaron over the summer to look at vehicles. He did not pressure me but made me aware of my options. When my previous vehicle finally died, I called Aaron and made an appointment right away. Even though I had already seen several vehicles, Aaron was kind enough to show me many of the same cars again. He gave me honest and helpful advice as I worked through all of my choices. I am so happy I chose to purchase my new Honda CR-V at Herson's. After the sales portion of my transaction was over. I was also very satisfied with Alex Garcia's finance help. He was very patient and went over all of the details of the contract with me, This is especially helpful for someone purchasing their first vehicle. I had a few questions, and Alex was able to make sure I understood all that I was signing off on. I will be recommending both Aaron, Alex and Herson's to all of my friends and family. Outstanding sales person Last Tuesday, February 24, my wife and I were thinking on visiting a Honda dealer to take a test drive of the Honda CRV, and our experience at Herson Last Tuesday, February 24, my wife and I were thinking on visiting a Honda dealer to take a test drive of the Honda CRV, and our experience at Herson Honda could not have been better. We got to the dealership and a very courteous young man, open the door and greeted us, we asked to see a Sales manager, so it turned out that we were going to be dealing with Aaron Phillips (the courteous young man!). We were not really ready to buy the car, but Aaron was so helpful and knowledgeable that after the test drive and explanations on all the features of the CRV Touring, we decided to go ahead and lease it from Herson's Honda.
