Ms. Tosca Leon was great - made sure I understood what needed to be done and what did not need to be done -and she gave me few discounts to help with the costs. All the work was done to my satisfaction. I bought my car at Herson's in 2008 and have been taking it in for service since then. On two occasions, I had disagreements with the service department, but the Service Manager, Gregg Patterson, was terrific in resolving the problems and ensuring a good experience. More
