Very happy with the help and shopping experience I went to Herson's Honda to explore my Honda options. Rich (Ofosuhene Richardson) was very helpful and patient. Weak effort in detailing of car frustrating. Delivery damage of car was not disclosed until LATE in sale discussion. Resolution of delivery problems was slow, incomplete and sale agenctless. Lost complete faith in the Hersons dealerships (Honda & KIA), especially since customer service experiences continually not offering honest (no follow-up oversight) customer service. Only positive highlight was the clear pricing by Tyasi (on phone quote). More
