This is what a new vehecle purchase should be I wanted a Honda Ridgeline RTL-E and went for a test drive at Herson's. The trim line was not available at the dealership so Rahiem offered a slightl I wanted a Honda Ridgeline RTL-E and went for a test drive at Herson's. The trim line was not available at the dealership so Rahiem offered a slightly better Black Edition for the purpose. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle. A few weeks later, I proposed a price for the vehicle via email and Rahiem cleared it with the management. The following day, I went in at 10 am and drove out in a new Black Edition at 11:30. Rahiem and his team was courteous and professional throughout the process. They offered all options in equipment and financing, but they carefully listed to what I say, understood what I need, and respected my choice and decision. Going to an auto dealership used to be like going to a dentist for me. But the trip to Herson's with Rahiem's team was a pleasure. You sold me the vehicle, and you also earned my respect as professional businessmen. I will be back! More

After not hearing back on availability after a couple of days, I thought to check the Herson site. The exact vehicle was on your lot. I requested a price and received a call within 15 minutes. The price quoted was attractive, and yes, less than I was quoted from the other 3 dealers. I was given the name of a sales manager to meet, and he was waiting in the lot when I arrived 30 minutes later. I took for a test drive. I was ready to buy. In less than 90 minutes, the paperwork was completed, and the keys were in my hand. I couldn't believe it. Thank you Rick Deramo. More
