They were polite, attentive, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Saray called promptly after I inquired based on the online ad, she followed up regularly but did not pressure me in any way. On the day I purchased the vehicle, despite the fact that it was very busy, both Michael and Ted were very patient. At no time did I feel rushed. They allowed me to make the decisions that I needed to make and did not push me into anything with which I was not comfortable. More

On phone and chat, I was told that I will get a deal close to my budget. Got an appointment with the manager Mr Alpha, but on reaching the dealership was made to wait for 2 hours (on a working day) as they forgot to tell us that they had their holiday party at the same time !! We waited that long only to be told at the end that they cant give us the deal and there is no room for any negotiation. If that was the case why make us wait for that long !!! Complete waste of a day at Hersons. I finally bought my car from Criswell which gave us a good deal and very good customer service. Although I must say, Mr Michael from the dealership was very friendly and gave us lot of information about the car during the test drive. More

I waited for the service to be completed and enjoyed the new waiting room, particularly the capability to charge my phone and tablet while I was waiting. Service took about an hour. Service writer told me they allocate 2 hrs for a diagnosis and repair appointment. Well, they took the entire 2 hours to diagnose and repair it! I don't believe it took that long, but they made us wait that long! More
