Great People to Work With I bought my first Honda Accord from Herson's in 2002. Traded it in at Herson's for a new Accord in 2014. I have always had Herson's service the Accord and have never encountered problems. Of course, Honda makes a great car so mechanical or other issues are rare - routine maintenance is the work usually performed. I have no problem recommending Herson's for servicing your Honda and judging by the number of cars I see going in for service, many others have probably had the same excellent experience that I have. Herson's took care of my first car and I am confident I will be driving my current Honda for many years with its help. More

Great service but The car was taken right on time, and nearly completed within the estimated one hour. Service Advisor Mike Parker was very enthusiastic and polite. However, I was surprised when I got back in my car to find that the black folder containing my service manual, registration, insurance papers, etc. had been dug out of the depths of my center console and moved to my glove box. And in the process some papers had been dropped from the glove box onto the floor. I'm not sure why that was necessary. More

We travel out of state frequently on long trips and have it serviced prior to leaving. If I run into problems on the road I have called Hersons service. They have all my service history and can tell me if the work is really needed. This service was with Jesse. He explained all work needed , kept me informed of the status of the by phone and e-mail. For being a 12 year old car I keep saying that is running so well I'll Keep it for another year. Thanks to the great service from Hersons staff. More
