He also arranged for a test drive and was great at showing us all the new features in the Odyssey compared to our 2011 model. He assisted us with the back and forth with his sales manager to negotiated for the trade in price and new vehicle price. Omar also provided us with a loaner vehicle to leave the dealership and get dinner while they prepared our new car! All in all a great experience. More

He did not pressure us at all, took time to explain all features of the vehicle, made sure we understood the safety features (first and foremost) and was extremely proactive in answering questions and addressing our concerns even after the sale took place. My wife and I could not give him a higher recommendation. Pat Zavala was the manager on duty--usually, I feel like the time that the manager comes over is the time that pressure starts to take shape and you get a sales pitch around why you have to buy the car right now to receive a great deal. We received no such pressure from Pat, and in fact, he exceeded our expectations of a pleasant experience by just saying whether he would or would not be able to meet our desired price. He even stretched a bit given our extremely negative experience at another dealership. Five stars to him as well. Finally, I feel like we lucked out with Alex Garcia in the finance department. He is intelligent, relaxed, and makes it very easy to have a frank discussion--it was probably the most honest financing discussion we have had at a dealer around what warranties and maintenance plans would make sense versus not. I did not walk away afterwards feeling like I'll need to cancel some of the commitments we've made. When we asked to meet someone from the service department who Alex would recommend, he brought in the manager of the department who said he would personally look after us going forward. That is the service we hope to receive. More
