Aaron is the reason I came back to the dealership. He was able to deliver the car, and the promise he made. He is very honest and trustworthy. He is not like many other salesman I dealt with that would left 10 voice mails everyday on my phone and bombarded me with emails. He follows up with me in a very timely and courteous manner which I truly appreciates. He is knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole car buying process. The truly fantastic service he provided did not end after the car sale, like most of other salesman or dealership. I remember I bought a car from Mananas import in VA 5 years ago and salesman basically disappeared after the sale and would not answer my phone calls about what he promised us to do after the sale. Aaron actually called me the next day to ask me whether I needed any help with further setup for the car.. and one time after a week asking me whether I need anything else. He even offered me to show me other cool features of the car weeks after the car was delivered. His kindness and professionalism is way beyond my expectation. Ted who was the financing manager helped me tremendously while I was running a huge hiccup in the financing process. He went above and beyond to solve my issues and made the whole car buying process a complete success.
