Herson's is a good place to buy your Honda I was very happy with my experience buying my CR-V EX at Herson's. My salesperson, Mr. Percy Agyei-Obese (pronounced oh-bay-say!), was enthusiastic a I was very happy with my experience buying my CR-V EX at Herson's. My salesperson, Mr. Percy Agyei-Obese (pronounced oh-bay-say!), was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and it was a breeze working with the engaging and efficient Ms. Ethel Powell to wrap up the finances. Mr. Agyei-Obese was always sincerely friendly and polite. His never-aggressive approach helped me put aside any notion that dealing through car salespeople to get a good price has to be a confrontational process. He listened carefully to all of my questions, and his answers showed his thorough knowledge of the car. Though I came in still considering a Forester and a Rav4, he sold me on the CR-V. Completing the finances was equally stress-free. Ms. Powell patiently guided me through every aspect of my loan and the extra Honda services I selected. She easily and clearly explained any issues I asked her about. She is also highly personable with a natural sense of humor, attributes that helped make the closing process pleasant and relaxed. I got a good deal on the car, beating the best online buying services I investigated. Just go there informed, which I suspect most people try to do these days. During the test drive of the Honda CR-V EX model, Mr. Rich was articulate in assessing the safety features such as the blind spot monitoring system and the Honda Sensing package available on the EX model. After my purchase, Mr. Rich went beyond the realm...connecting my "vintage" iPhone to the HondaLink smartphone app and upon learning that I'm in the market to update my phone, Mr. Rich offered for me to return to dealership to connect my new phone. I'm grateful for the pleasant interactive car sale experience that Mr. Rich provided.
