He taught me about an HR-V and is more than what you expect because as he shared his knowledge, I couldn't help but be drawn in; proving he is clearly dedicated to listening and matching your desires with their inventory. Ultimately chose a different, smaller make/model only because I couldn't clearly see out of the rear view window comfortably, but this young man is the clear choice if you're looking to not waste time nor money. Honest about pricing as well as his Finance Mgr CJ who went above what I expected to aid in letting me know they wanted my business. If you're an honest up front person, you'll appreciate Omar! More

He helped where I needed information, answered all my questions, and didn't show any favoritism or push his own preferences on me. He gave me the specifics I needed to make my own best decision about the car I eventually ended up with. CJ came in for the close and continued the easy sell. I especially liked that he completely supported Omar's approach to the sale. Both of them came across as personable and even fun to deal with. I came away feeling comfortable about their working relationship and confident about the strength of Herson's training program for its sales staff. They invest in personnel development and it shows. I'm also grateful that they cut me a break on the trade-in value for my car. Price wasn't a huge consideration, but I appreciated that they matched a trade-in quote from another dealer.
