A family member brought me to Herson's since they've purchased all 5 of their cars with them. Andrew and Justin went above and beyond with my new car. They were able to keep me within my budget and still able to get all of the amenities I wanted. I appreciate that I never felt pressured throughout the process. Customer Service: Give Michael Parker a Raise! I recently moved to Maryland in order to complete a summer internship. I am from a small town in Florida, and I was concerned that the hustle and bust I recently moved to Maryland in order to complete a summer internship. I am from a small town in Florida, and I was concerned that the hustle and bustle of Maryland would result in a less than pleasant customer service experience. Luckily my concerns were unfounded. I came into the Honda dealership twenty minutes early, and Michael Parker immediately and politely assisted me. He directed me to the waiting lounge, pointed out the wifi password and fancy coffee machine (never forget the coffee machine), took my keys, and had me out of there in under an hour. Glad I went to Herson's Honda, and I am equally glad that Michael Parker was the employee with whom I interacted. More

Rose, the customer service representative who helped me, checked it out and had the bulb replaced within 45 minutes at no charge. I have been a customer of Herson's for 14 years and the Service Department is extraordinary. Rose is the personification of great service and this visit was no exception. She surely is an asset to Herson's. More

We went to 7 dealerships the day before purchase and at 5 of them,, no one even approached us to help with our purchase. Drew Alvey met us at the door when we arrived and asked pertinent questions about what we were looking for, showed us several cars, introduced us to the sales manager, and we didn't feel high-pressured. We told him we were still shopping around and would like to come back the following day for a test drive. When I called the following day to set up the test drive, he came in at the time I suggested, even though (I found out later) he wasn't due to arrive there that day until 3 hours after our scheduled time. I think a good sales department is a good indication of a good service department. Also, I love my new car. More

Very quick service I came in and I needed to get maintenance done on my car and an oil change. I only had about an hour before I had to go to my job though.
