Rose I brought my car in to address one issue and as many systems are checked at the same time, Hersons quickly identified another significant issue. Rose skillfully managed the repair for the initial issue and scheduled a follow up visit to address the additional concern. Her patience and communication with me throughout the process was excellent and I was very satisfied with the full repair experience. In addition, the service center recently received a facelift and I was able to easily work and not worry about getting back and forth to my office.
